Colombia Sierra Nevada De Santa Marta (Anaerobic Natural)

Very easy to handle, tasted good enough even on the day I hadn't had a proper drip. Signature floral sense with very decent tartness; a good amount of sweetness which some yirga doesn't and a slight touch of fruitness right on the point. The frontpart is mostly tea-like, that the sweetness will require a bit of trial and error to make it perfect. Personally I liked it tea, so I didn't bother. Yirgacheffe haven't been my favorite but I felt happy I gave this a try.

ESC - Espresso Blend (AICA 2014 Silver & Bronze Medal Award)

The coffee aroma is good. But wonder if you have any bolder and stronger after taste 回甘type of bean for my next purchase. Also. I was told the coffee will be roasted after I place order . But I ordered on 7/7 and collect on 10/7. The beans was roasted on 1/7( if not 6/7 ). Pls clarify. Thanks .
