手沖課程分為三個不同級別:
基礎級(Foundation)為初學者介紹手沖、虹吸壺、Clever Cup和法式濾壓壺等不同的手沖方式。
中級(Intermediate)著重實作工作坊,讓你學會分析研磨度設定,並與所選的沖煮方式配對適當的研磨粗細,以及用科學方式測量咖啡濃度和繪製萃取曲線。
專業級(Professional)更深入探討科學知識,包括溫度對手沖的影響、手沖過程中酸度變化、水質對咖啡品味的影響,以及如何控制手沖在特定萃取度範圍內。
課程內容可助各學員擁有充分的知識及技能,從而通過技術操作及1個筆試(60% 為合格分數)。通過考試的學員,將可獲得 精品咖啡協會-Coffee Skills Program 證書一張!
