中級 (Intermediate)適合想要加強品評技能的從業人員。課程分為三個部分:品嚐知覺與詮釋、主持品評會議和品嚐咖啡多樣性、如何在公司內推行品評技能。
專業級 (Professional)針對咖啡業資深人士,希望能夠成為公司內品評技能的領導者。課程將更深入探討相關專業知識。
課程內容可助各學員擁有充分的知識及技能,從而通過1個筆試(60% 為合格分數)。通過考試的學員,將可獲得 精品咖啡協會-Coffee Diploma 證書一張!
