The smell from this coffee was outstanding and already created the desire to see what the flavour notes would be after brewing. The coffee beans don't disappoint, with Vanilla, Honey, and Whisky in flavour, and Whisky and vanilla on the nose. This was maintained throughout the 100g, which was a pleasant reward; in previous experience, this was not always the case with all beans. I used an Origami brewer with a 155 wave filter paper, which gave me the best results.

i don’t know much about this particular coffee, but it is tasty! love it!
剛收到豆後在家裡試沖，可能買的工具不是很標準，沖出來只有微弱的椰子味，沒什麼感覺。今天剛好回學校上課，用學校的沖泡工具來沖，味道截然不同，椰子味很出，口感圓潤，很不錯的豆豆。
