PLACING ORDERS

  • We are mostly roasted the SINGLE ORIGIN COFFEE between medium-light to medium level(Agtron #55-75 roughly), depending on which level can be optimized the flavours.

  • We primarily sell whole coffee beans.

    However, if you prefer ground coffee, please specify your grind preference in the "Remarks/Order Notes" field during checkout.

  • Yes, you can request to have the coffee beans ground when you place your order.

    Please indicate your grind preference in the "Remarks/Order Notes" field during checkout.

  • Yes, we offer gift cards for purchase.

    You can find them on our website under the "Others, Gift Cards" section.

  • The following payment methods are accepted:

    MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Alipay

  • Once your order has been submitted, you cannot add additional items to the same order.

    To purchase additional items, you may submit a new order.

  • Sorry, orders placed cannot be cancelled. You can return your order and get a refund. Please refer to RETURNS & REFUND for more details.

  • If the order you placed was unsuccessful, it is likely to be related to your payment or credit card issuer.

    Please first check with your payment or card issuer, and CONTACT US for further assistance.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery service is available for all online orders from Hong Kong, except for certain areas which are not covered by SF Express. All orders are delivered to your doorstep through SF Express.

    Or customers can also choose pickup the order on our Coffee Shop@Tsuen Wan.
    Please remark our coffee shop address into the "address field".

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days while the delivery takes 1-2 working days.

  • Orders of HK$400 or above will be delivered for free. For orders less than HK$400, the delivery charge is HK$35 per order. Delivery fee will be included at checkout (if applicable).

    During free delivery promotion periods, the delivery fee will be shown as "0".

RETURNS & REFUND

  • Items purchased online may be returned before the order is dispatched, provided that:

    i. Perishable Goods such as coffee beans are not eligible for return.

    ii.The company - RETURN COFFEE reserves all rights for final explanation.

  • If the quality of the product does not meet the manufacturer’s standards within 7 days after receiving it, we guarantee to arrange a refund or exchange; Please contact info@return-coffee.com for return issue.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs in returning your item(s). Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are usually credited to the original payment method within 7-14 working days of receipt of returned orders.

    Processing time for refunds is subject to the respective bank or individual card issuer's internal procedures.

  • Shipping fees will not be refunded on any returns except in the case of faulty/incorrect items.

  • If you received a faulty/incorrect item, we will be happy to replace your product at no cost or offer a refund. Please contact us through info@return-coffee.com within 7 days of receipt, stating the problem and attach relevant photos where possible.

    We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please return the faulty/incorrect item(s) within 7 days of approval. We will refund you the shipping fee of the order.

    We reserve the right to decline acceptance of items shipped without advanced notification and consent.
